• Key Responsibilities

  • Project Facilitation: Prepare and lead 4-week thematic projects, gradually scaffolding instruction so children build independent problem-solving skills.

  • Language Arts & Presentation Instruction: Teach phonics, reading, writing, and guide students through monthly presentations (Speech, Show & Tell, Drama, Debate).

  • Reading Guidance: Implement the 5-step library roadmap to help children become self-motivated, independent readers.

  • Child-Centered Care: Observe individual child traits and foster an environment that promotes independence, self-regulation, and emotional balance.

  • Parent Communication: Partner with families as a supportive educational community to share each child's growth and development.

• Desired Qualifications

  • Professional teaching skills and the ability to utilize diverse educational materials and Montessori-aligned tools.

  • Strong understanding of child-centered learning and early childhood language acquisition.

  • Passionate, empathetic, and dedicated to nurturing creative, confident young learners.

• All candidates must;

  
  • Native English Speaker
  • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 
  • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship
  • F-visa holders
  • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
  • Must be physically and mentally healthy.
