What You'll Do
• Teach English immersion classes using RISE’s structured, subject-based curriculum (Language Arts, Reading, Critical Thinking, and Presentation).
• Work collaboratively with a Korean co-teacher to support classroom management, student engagement, and parent communication
• Guide students through project-based activities and presentations that promote real-world application of language skills
• Track student performance through assessments, portfolios, and written progress reports
• Communicate and cooperate with the classroom assistant, co-teacher, and administration
• Attend regular team meetings, training sessions, and school events as required

Specialized Requirements
- A genuine love for working with young children and ready to teach through play, movement, music, storytelling, and hands-on activities
- Expressive and animated in the classroom, using voice, energy, and creativity to bring lessons to life
- Physically active and comfortable moving, playing, dancing, and engaging at a child’s level throughout the day
- Positive, joyful, and emotionally present with young learners
- Must provide an apostilled diploma and a national criminal background check
