[Position Details]

Starting Date: July 2026 (26F)
Supervisor: Vice Principal 
Visa Requirement: F-Visa or Korean nationality

[Academic Qualification]

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject from an accredited institution of higher education

[Fayston Preferences]

• Native or near-native fluency in English (must be able to professionally facilitate a class in English)

• Minimum 1 year of full-time teaching experience, preferably in a school setting

• Christian

• Teacher certification; Master’s degree or higher in Education or a subject-related field preferred

• Bilingual (English and Korean)

[Responsibilities]

• Teach assigned high school subjects according to department and AP curriculum standards

• Design and implement engaging and rigorous lessons

• Evaluate and support student learning through formative and summative assessments

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to school programs and events

• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all academic and administrative duties

(2-week process, after initial document screening)

1. 1st Interview: Document Screening (Resume Review)

2. 2nd Interview: 20-minute Teaching Demonstration + Q&A with panel of teachers and hiring committee

3. 3rd Interview: Final screening by Principal; offer & contract discussion on site with Fayston Pay Scale Document

[Working Conditions]

• Under 25 class hours per week

• Class Size: Under 18 students

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Paid Vacation: 8 weeks per year

• Salary: Determined after negotiation (based on Fayston internal regulations)

• Transportation: Shuttle provided to nearby stations

• Housing Support: Available if necessary
