Job Description
1. Roles and Responsibilities
Since 1996, YSO Kids Club has been teaching children English in interesting ways. We encourage all students to be confident and actively participate in the class. We are adding a new English teacher starting in August.
•The lessons taught in kindergarten are: phonics, basic phrases, vocabulary, and grammar. These lessons are taught through multiple media forms including books and fairytales, videos, and the internet
•The lessons taught in elementary school are: intensive listening, reading, writing, phonics, and grammar. The lessons are taught through a variety of North American style textbooks and workbooks.
2. Candidate Qualifications:
All candidates must;
• Be qualified to teach in the areas specified in the job description.
•Must be citizens of the following countries: U.S.A or Canada and eligible for an E-2 visa.
•Must have all required documents (apostilled nationwide criminal background check and an apostilled diploma from a 4-year accredited university.
•A clean self-medical health check.
3. Working Conditions
Working hours are described as the time you need to be present at school. Teaching hours are the active amount of time you will be conducting classes or activities.
•Working Hours: 10:00-5:40 MWF / 10:00-6:25 TuTh
•Teaching Hours: 6 Hours a day
Specialized Requirements for Candidates
MUST be a citizen from U.S.A or Canada, Natives only
Salary
From 2.5 Million KRW (Negotiable Upon Experience)

• Insured with the 4 National Insurances.
•Severance: upon completion of a one-year contract, severance pay which is equal to one month’s salary is paid to the teacher.
•Vacation: 10 days plus National Korean Holidays
