About Us

Fayston Education Group is launching its flagship campus, Fayston Academy, in Bongseon-dong, Gwangju (Jeonnam province) this July. We're building a premium English enrichment program from the ground up: a full curriculum track from Phonics through Debate, a creative arts and theatre program for Grades 1 - 6 (elementary). 

We're hiring Specialty English Teachers to join our core faculty in June, ahead of the July 1st opening date. We are building a student environment that takes learning seriously with a philosophy built around integrated education and immersive learning. Our founding team includes experienced educators and curriculum designers, and we're assembling a small, high-quality faculty to grow with the academy from day one.

Bonus if you have experience in: drama or creative writing instruction, curriculum development, learning design, or bilingual (Korean/English) communication

Minimum Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree (any field); education-related degrees a plus
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent classroom experience
• Valid work authorization in Korea (or eligible for E-2 sponsorship)
