Open Positions

1. Elementary Homeroom Teacher (1 Position)

Campus: Seocho Campus (Seoul)

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a homeroom teacher for elementary students, providing academic instruction and pastoral care.

2. Teach core subjects in English with structure, consistency, and professionalism.

3. Manage classroom routines, student behavior, and daily homeroom responsibilities.

4. Build strong and effective communication with Korean parents.

5. Collaborate closely with fellow teachers and actively participate in school activities and events.

6. Support students’ academic, social, and spiritual growth in a Christ-centered environment.

2. Elementary Homeroom Teacher (1 Position)

Campus: Incheon Campus

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a homeroom teacher for elementary students, overseeing both academic and classroom management duties.

2. Teach core subjects in English with clear structure and engaging instruction.

3. Create a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment.

4. Communicate clearly with parents and work collaboratively with school staff.

5. Participate in school programs, meetings, and events as required.

6. Guide students’ academic and character development based on Christian values.

Preferred Qualifications

For Both Positions

1. Native English speaker required.

2. Practicing Christian committed to Christian education.

3. Experience as an elementary teacher or homeroom teacher preferred.

4. Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

5. Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.

6. Good understanding of Korean educational culture and school environment preferred.

Additional Notes by Campus

• Seocho Campus:

  • Korean-American (Gyopo) candidates strongly preferred

  • Reason: Smooth and effective communication with Korean parents is essential.

• Incheon Campus:

  • Korean-American (Gyopo) or foreign nationals welcome

Working Conditions

• Start Time: From 8:30 AM (negotiable)

• Position Type: Full-time (preferred)

Required Documents (Upon Successful Application)

1. Original and copy of apostilled (or consular-confirmed) diploma
   and national criminal background check

2. Copy of passport and Alien Registration Card (ARC)

3. Health check-up report issued within the last month
   (from a clinic designated by the Korean Ministry of Justice)
