Job Description
We are seeking an international school principal and vice principal candidates. The principal is responsible for maintaining effective communication and providing leadership in disciplinary matters. The preferred candidate should be influential, enthusiastic, patient, and able to collaborate effectively with both students and teachers as a representative of the institution. An ideal candidate for this role would possess flexibility, organizational skills, and a charismatic and positive demeanor who can promote and facilitate a vision of academic success for all students.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide visionary leadership and effective management to the school community, overseeing the daily operations and ensuring adherence to the school's mission, vision, and policies.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop a rigorous and culturally relevant curriculum that meets international standards and fosters students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture where all students feel valued and supported, and address disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner, promoting accountability and respect.
• Recruit, hire, and support qualified and dedicated faculty and staff members, providing professional development opportunities and mentoring to enhance teaching effectiveness and job satisfaction.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with parents, guardians, and the broader community, fostering open communication, collaboration, and involvement in school activities and initiatives.
• Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students, staff, and visitors in case of emergencies or crises.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the school within the local and international community, promoting its reputation, achievements, and contributions to education.
Qualifications
• Native English Speaker
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Hold an F4 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship or Korean citizenship
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy.
Working Conditions
• Student Type: Elementary to High School
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. (Flexible)
• Workplace Language: English
Salary
Negotiable based on education and experience

• Severance Pay: Paid upon the completion of employment (minimum 1-year contract)
