BC Collegiate is looking for Academic Counselor.

The purpose of BC Collegiate Program is to enable all learners to develop their individual potential and to acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to contribute to a healthy, democratic and pluralistic society and a prosperous and sustainable economy. 
BC Collegiate opened in the fall of 2011 and graduated its first senior class in the spring of 2017. Located in the heart of Seoul, BC Collegiate is accredited from Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). BC Collegiate provides a U.S. curriculum based on the AERO Common Core educational standards that meet all requirements set forth by the U.S. Department of Education. 
 
 

1. Responsibilities 

  - Provide academic counseling to students and parents regularly

  - Organize individual student profiles and support students in selecting and navigating schools

  - Arrange College Admissions workshops for students and parents

  - Collecting information for college preparations

  - Provide students with information about the admission process and answer any questions they have

  - Review student applications, including their test scores, grades, and extracurricular activities

  - Assist in recruiting new students by overseeing promotional events and campus tours

  - Process paperwork for accepted students

  - Update and maintain a database of students’ information

 
2. Working Condition

  - Working hours: 8:00 - 5:00

  - Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)
  - Korean National Pension Plans

 
3. Eligibility
  - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

  - Korean and English bilingual speaker
