i-Garten focuses on cognition, integration, and communication, fostering imagination and creativity through interactive projects that explore virtual worlds while building English, math, coding, and financial literacy skills.
 

Kindergarten CK ESL Program (4-7Y):

Develop all four English language skills while fostering imagination through weekly themes.

(3 Levels: i-5 ~ i-7)

 Teaching Structure Native teachers lead instruction independently, with the support of a Korean care teacher, who helps manage the classroom and communicate with parents.

April Institute combines a cross-disciplinary curriculum based on elementary programs from Korea, the US, China, and Japan with art-based projects and story-driven reading activities to develop students' problem-solving, communication, and creative thinking skills. 

  • CR (Creative writing) / e-Library: English reading & post-reading activities. Boosts engagement and comprehension by connecting classroom and online learning.
  • CTP (Creative Thinking Project): Encourages problem-solving and interdisciplinary thinking through project activities 

 

Kindergarten Essential Program (7Y-G1):

  • Covers story writing, grammar, reading, and projects, progressing to reading comprehension, note-taking, paragraph writing, and TOEFL Junior prep (700-800).

 

AI-based Learning:

  • Dialogue AI Lesson: Improve writing, speaking, and pronunciation through real-time feedback from AI.
  • AI Art Studio: Create live images based on finalized sentences using AI prompts.
  • AI Auto-Evaluation System: Enhance logical and creative writing and speaking with live evaluations and feedback.
  • Hummingbird: An AI auto-evaluation in-house service that provides optimal feedback based on students' learning data.

CDI uses Project-Based Learning (PBL)  and Design Thinking to develop creativity, critical skills, and global communication. Our curriculum prepares students in academic essay writing and public speaking while offering hands-on experience with megatrends and real-world projects to help explore future career paths.

 

 

Upper Elementary & Middle School Curriculum (G4-9):

(10 Levels: Mega, Giga, Tera, Bridge, Par, Birdie, Eagle, Albatross, Albatross+, Masters)

 

  • Integrates global issue discussions, interdisciplinary projects, and critical problem-solving training.
  • Master storytelling, literature, and debate skills through multi-media projects in addition to Asian Congress debates and mock UN simulations.

 

Blended Learning System

  • Connects classroom learning (c-Learning) with self-directed learning (i-Learning) through Smart Textbooks, providing comprehensive results and customized lessons via AI.
  • The Allim App allows parents to track academic performance, while AI G-Check offers live feedback on student writing.

Hiring Period & Procedure

 

We’re always looking for talented teachers and hire 600 instructors across our campuses each year. Before applying, please review the visa application process and estimated processing times in Korea. 

  • Application & Resume Screening: Initial review of resumes to assess qualifications and experience.
  • Interviews & Evaluation: Candidates participate in interviews to discuss their teaching philosophy, experience, and skills. The evaluation may include situational questions, classroom management scenarios, and a teaching demonstration to assess instructional abilities.

 

 

Teacher Training & Workshops

 

  • All candidates who pass the interview must complete a 5-day intensive training program to become certified CREVERSE instructors. This training covers our unique methodologies and AI- smart-learning platform. Our CREVERSE-certified trainers lead the program, ensuring all instructors are fully equipped to deliver the best learning experience.
    • Morning Sessions: Mock lessons and evaluations.
    • Afternoon Sessions: Study groups with training managers and peers.
  • Workshops & Ongoing Training: Regular workshops, individualized or small-group retraining, end-of-term evaluations, and a structured lesson management system ensure consistent instructional quality.
