Key Responsibilities Project Facilitation: Prepare and lead 4-week thematic projects, gradually scaffolding instruction so children build independent problem-solving skills. Language Arts & Presentation Instruction: Teach phonics, reading, writing, and guide students through monthly presentations (Speech, Show & Tell, Drama, Debate). Reading Guidance: Implement the 5-step library roadmap to help children become self-motivated, independent readers. Child-Centered Care: Observe individual child traits and foster an environment that promotes independence, self-regulation, and emotional balance. Parent Communication: Partner with families as a supportive educational community to share each child's growth and development. Desired Qualifications Professional teaching skills and the ability to utilize diverse educational materials and Montessori-aligned tools. Strong understanding of child-centered learning and early childhood language acquisition. Passionate, empathetic, and dedicated to nurturing creative, confident young learners.
