Responsibilities Overview • Employ immersion techniques in classrooms for young learners; use theme‑based learning, phonics, drama, hands‑on activities and reading discovery. • For higher levels: include grammar, writing, debate, project presentations, critical reading and exposure to real‑world texts (magazine, articles, etc.) as per the Advanced / Gifted tracks. • Collaborate with bilingual co‑teachers for support, student understanding, parent communication, and for planning effective lessons. • Participate in assessments: regular quizzes/tests, reading comprehension, presentations, writing assignments to track progress. • Attend staff meetings as well as participate in training workshops. 2. Requirements • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • F-visa holders • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check • Must be physically and mentally healthy. 3. Working Conditions • Student Type: Kindergarten & Elementary • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. • Curriculum and lesson plans provided. • Training provided. • Current Teaching Staff: 9 Native English Teachers
