YBM ECC is a leading English immersion institution in Korea that offers structured, multi‑level programs. Our curriculum emphasizes balanced development of the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), thematic and content‑based learning, critical thinking, and creative problem‑solving.

1. Responsibilities Overview

• Employ immersion techniques in classrooms for young learners; use theme‑based learning, phonics, drama, hands‑on activities and reading discovery.
• For higher levels: include grammar, writing, debate, project presentations, critical reading and exposure to real‑world texts (magazine, articles, etc.) as per the Advanced / Gifted tracks.
• Collaborate with bilingual co‑teachers for support, student understanding, parent communication, and for planning effective lessons.
• Participate in assessments: regular quizzes/tests, reading comprehension, presentations, writing assignments to track progress.
• Attend staff meetings as well as participate in training workshops.

2. Requirements

• Native English Speaker

• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

• Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship

• F-visa holders

• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check

• Must be physically and mentally healthy.

3. Working Conditions

• Student Type: Kindergarten & Elementary 

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. 

• Curriculum and lesson plans provided. 

• Training provided. 

• Current Teaching Staff: 9 Native English Teachers
