All studio apartments come equipped with the basic necessities such as: a fridge, AC unit, heater, stove top, washing machine, and a bed.

Location Description
Gangseo-gu is a district located in the southwestern part of Seoul, the capital city of South Korea.
It covers an area of approximately 42.4 square kilometers and has a population of over 570,000 people.
The district is known for its convenient location, being close to both the city center and Incheon International Airport, as well as its rich cultural and historical heritage.
The district is also home to many industrial areas, including the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex, which has led to the development of a high-tech industry in the area.
In addition, there are many parks, markets, and shopping centers in Gangseo-gu that attract both locals and tourists.
