Magnolia Green School of Nature & Art (MGNA어학원) — Bundang-gu, Seongnam

Magnolia Green is a Waldorf-inspired English immersion school for children ages 3–7, opening in Bundang in September 2026. We're a screen-free campus built around art, storytelling, movement, and open-ended play — children learn English the way native speakers do, through immersion and daily rhythm rather than worksheets and rote memorization. Our 200-pyeong space includes an art room, gym, cooking lab, garden, and outdoor play area.

We're not a 학습-based academy. Speaking and listening come first; reading and writing are introduced when a child shows readiness. Teachers narrate the day, tell stories orally, and read aloud daily, and students demonstrate their learning through long-term projects rather than homework. Progress is tracked through observation-based vocabulary assessment across ten developmental domains.

Teachers here have real curricular ownership and work in small teams with meaningful planning time. If you're an experienced educator who's tired of scripted textbook programs and wants to build something, we'd like to hear from you.
