BEK Lodge is seeking 2 qualified Early Years Teachers to join its team in Seoul, South Korea, with a start date of August 18, 2026. Teachers will work with Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students in a child-centred, play-based environment following the EYFS and National Curriculum of England. Each class is supported by both a Lead Teacher and a Korean co-teacher, creating a collaborative teaching environment with small class sizes of 12–16 students.

2. Requirements

• Native English Speaker

• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

• Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship

• F-visa holders

• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check

• Must be physically and mentally healthy.

3. Working Conditions

• Student Age: Kindergarten & Elementary (Up to grade 2) 

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15am to 4:30pm

• Teaching Hours: 9:00am to 4:00pm (25 hours a week)

• Curriculum provided 

• Teacher training provided 

• Korean co-teacher present in the classroom for bilingual teaching. 

• Teaching Staff: 9 Native English Teachers and 12 Korean Teachers

• No. of students per class: 12 students (aged 3-4), 16 Students (aged 4-5)
