ESL English Teacher Wanted at CLIFF Academy – Direct Hire

CLIFF Academy is looking for an outgoing, creative, articulate, high-energy, and professional English teacher who has a passion for working with children and inspiring excitement for language learning.

Our curriculum emphasizes discussion, communication, and critical thinking as both the method and goal of English fluency. We are looking for teachers who can inspire students’ imaginations, encourage confidence, and guide them on their English-learning journey.

Experience working with children and previous classroom management experience are preferred. However, training and strong support will be provided for the right candidate.

Position Details

Position: Full-time ESL Instructor
Teaching Level: Elementary school students and kindergarten-age students
Important Note: We are not an English kindergarten academy. Our kindergarten classes are phonics-based classes for 6-year-old students.
Class Size: Up to 8 students per class
Average Teaching Hours: 26 hours per week
On-site Working Hours: 37–39 hours per week, depending on the schedule
Working Hours: 1:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. start on Mondays

Salary

2.5–3.0 million KRW per month, depending on experience.
