Primary Homeroom Teacher (Full-Time)

START DATE: 2026 AUGUST 10th  (School Year 2026-2027)

We are looking for a highly committed Primary Homeroom Teacher who is comfortable taking full ownership of a class.

Key Responsibilities

• Homeroom teacher responsible for all core subjects:

  • Math, ELA, Social Studies, Science, Writing

• Curriculum delivery based on Common Core Standards

• Strong emphasis on:

  • Classroom management

  • Student accountability

  • Clear academic routines

• Consistent parent communication is a required part of the role

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of primary teaching experience

• Teaching certificate required

• Confident classroom leadership and firm boundaries

• Ability to plan, reflect, and adjust instruction independently

• Strong growth mindset for students and teachers

Work Environment

• Small class size (maximum 12 students)

• Teachers are expected to be proactive, organized, and self-directed

• No summer or winter camps (fully paid vacation)

Interview Requirement

• 10~15 minute mock teaching session required
