【Qualifications】

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.
• Must hold a valid  Teaching Certificate for Elementary Education.
• Minimum of 1 year of full-time teaching experience in a formal educational institution.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
• A deep respect for and commitment to practicing Fayston’s educational philosophy and operational direction.

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Experience teaching in alternative schools or formal educational institutions.
• Experience in designing and implementing Project-Based Learning (PBL).
• Experience in teaching integrated, cross-curricular subjects.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Design and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum guidelines.
• Manage a homeroom class, providing guidance for students` daily lives and emotional development.
• Maintain professional and regular communication/consultation with parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum development and actively participate in school events and programs.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and strict confidentiality in all school-related matters.

【Position Details】

• Start Date: July 2026 (For the 26F Semester).
• Visa Requirements: E-2 or F-series visa (F-series visa holders are highly preferred).
• Employment Type: Full-time 
• Salary: To be determined after the interview
• Work Location:  93-4, Hakjam-dong, Buk-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk, Korea
