Job Description

Native English Teacher Positions Available (3 Positions)

As an English teacher at Prime Unyang English School, you will be responsible for teaching young learners in a kindergarten-affiliated English academy. Our program focuses on ESL-based education for kindergarten students (ages 3–5), with limited elementary-level classes in the afternoon.

We offer a warm, family-oriented working environment and earlier finishing hours compared to most academies, supporting a healthy work–life balance for our teachers.


1. Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Eligible for or holding an E-2 visa (USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, SA citizenship)
F-visa holders welcome
• Apostilled diploma and criminal background check
• Physically and mentally healthy
• No criminal record that would disqualify employment at a child-related educational facility
• Own vehicle required (academy is not close to a subway station)


2. Responsibilities Overview

• Teach kindergarten students speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills through songs, chants, picture books, and interactive activities
• Build warm and positive relationships with young learners
• Follow the academy’s ESL curriculum for early childhood education
• Conduct small-group academy classes in the afternoon
• Prepare lesson materials in advance
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to parents and staff


3. Positions & Working Conditions

① Full-Time Position (1 Position)

Student Type: Kindergarten (ages 3–5)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.
Lunch: Provided

Salary:
KRW 2.5 – 3.0 million monthly including Housing (Negotiable based on experience)

• 4 National Insurances
• Severance pay upon completion of a 1-year contract
• Vacation: 11 paid days + Korean national holidays


② Part-Time Position (5 Hours / 1 Position)

Student Type: Kindergarten
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.

Salary: 
KRW 2.0 – 2.4 million monthly (Negotiable based on experience)

③ Part-Time Position (2 Hours / 1 Position)

Student Type: Kindergarten
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 1:30 P.M. – 3:30 P.M.
