Working Conditions

Full-Time Positions: Homeroom Teacher for Elementary School Graders 1^st – 3^rd.

Student Levels:  Advanced/Gifted students – learning 2 grade levels above their current school grade/age.

Start Date: March 3^rd,2026 first day of prep with full pay.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm working hours (Teachers arrive a little before 8:00am and leave at 4:30 pm)

Teaching load: Less than 19 actual teaching hours per week (21 classes per week at 50 min per class)

Non-teaching related work: can be carried out throughout the week per the non-teaching time table scheduled.

Salary for Homeroom Teacher Positions: 3.20 million won with provided housing by employer or employee can choose the non-housing stipend option and receive 800,000 won on top of your monthly salary listed above (Total- 4 million won per month)

KISA R&D Curriculum Developer + Substitute Teaching M-F 8am-5pm: 3.0 million won per month + 800,000 won Housing Stipend (Total compensation of 3.8 million won per month + 4 Weeks of paid Vacation)

Location: Apgujeong KISA and Seocho KISA locations.

There will be 4 session breaks throughout the year per our scheduled vacation dates.

May 1^st off until May 5^th 2026 off

August 8^th off until August 31^st 2026 off

Oct 3^rd off until Oct 11^th 2026 off

Dec 19^th off until Jan 3^rd 2026 off

Complies with Korean pension/insurance regulations.

Severance upon completion of a one-year contract and contract extension with mutual agreement

Applicants MUST meet the following requirements

Minimum: Multiple years of relevant experience, along with an English major or substitute teaching license.
Preference: Certified teachers, Education majors, TESOL/TEFL majors with multiple years of experience in Korea.

Visa Requirement: Currently reside in Korea with E-2, D-10, or F-series visa status and able to interview in-person.
