EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Position: Full-Time ELM English Homeroom Teachers

Contract Period: Feb.2026-Jan.2027 (Contract renewable based on evaluation)

Salary: starting at 2.8 KRW; salary is negotiable based on credentials and experience

Transportation: 300,000KRW allowance

Benefits:

- Severance Pay equivalent to a month’s salary paid after fulfilling contract

                        - Free Lunch on all working days

                        - Airfare Provided (One-way trip should you be located outside of Korea)

                        - Paid Vacation Days: 30 Days/Year (15 Days/Semester over 2 semesters)

                        - Paid Sick Leave: 3 days

                        - 4 National Insurances fully covered

- Holiday Bonus: 400,000 KRW per year

- Homeroom Teacher Bonus: 100,000 KRW every month

QUALIFICATIONS 

- Be passionate about Christian education

- Must be a native speaker of English

- Must be eligible for F-4, F-5 or F-6 Visa or Korean citizen

- Have at least two years of experience teaching English in a school setting

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (English or Education major and valid teaching credential)
