1. Roles and Responsibilities
At Emilton Reading Town, we are seeking qualified and professional full-time/part-time candidates to serve as Elementary School teachers. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, and work well with young children. A good teacher for this position would to reinforce learning through positive communication to help guide our early learners so that they can grow and learn to be confident independent learners.
• Teach basic to advanced English reading, writing, speaking, and listening
• Actively engage students in the learning process.
• Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect an understanding of the learning styles and needs of students.
• Offer support and flexibility as needed.
2. Candidate Qualifications
All candidates must:
• Native English Speaker
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• F4-visa holders
• Currently residing in Korea
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy.
3. Working Conditions
• Student Type: Elementary School Students (Gr. 1-6), Middle School Students (Gr. 7-9)
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 13:00 - 21:00 P.M.
• Class Time: 50-55 minutes per class
• Class Size: 10 - 12 students per class
• Curriculum: Curriculum, lesson plans and lesson materials are provided by the Academy.
• Teacher Training: Provided
• Teaching Staff: 20-25 Teachers
