GEM Kinder is an exciting new English-language kindergarten set to open its doors in March 2026, with a pre-launch scheduled for December 2025. We are committed to providing a warm, engaging, and educational environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners.

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Teacher to join our founding team. In this key leadership role, you will play a vital part in helping launch the school and ensuring a smooth and successful opening.

1. Responsibilities Overview

• Collaborate on the development of engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans based on the existing core curriculum

• Support the setup and organization of the kindergarten in preparation for the official launch

• Plan, prepare, and deliver homeroom lessons during the pre-launch period

• Assign, review, and grade regular homework to monitor student understanding

• Design and administer assessments, tests, and examinations

• Track student progress, maintain performance records, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents

2. Requirements

• Native English Speaker

• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

• Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship

• F-visa holders

• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check

• Must be physically and mentally healthy.

3. Working Conditions

• Teaching Age: Kindergarten (Ages 4-7)
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
