Job Description
Saint Paul American Scholars (SPAS) Kinder Ansan is looking for qualified homeroom teachers to serve as kindergarten homeroom teachers.
1. Responsibilities Overview
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons
• Grade regular homework assignments
• Prepare and create tests and examinations
• Track and report students’ performance and give feedback
• Teach kindergarten students ages 5-7 speaking, stories, arts and crafts, phonics, reading, and writing.
2. Requirements
• Native English Speaker
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• F-visa holders or Korean citizens.
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy.
• Teachers must speak Korean to consult parents in Korean.
3. Working Conditions
• Student Type: Kindergarten Students
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.
• Teaching Hours: 30 classes per week
• There will be an assistant teacher (Korean) to help facilitate the classes
• Curriculum and lesson plans provided
• Training: Training will start June 30th for one week.
• Lunch: Teachers eat in the school cafeteria
Salary
2.5 million KRW per month and up (negotiable)

• Severance: paid upon the completion of employment
• Vacation: 1 week summer vacation + 2 week winer vacation + Korean National Holidays
• Airfare: One-way reimbursed for candidates outside of Korea (Maximum 1,000,000KRW)
