Position: Secondary School Teacher (English / Mathematics / Science / Social Studies) Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities Teach regular and AP-level courses in the assigned subject area:
1. English: AP English Language & Composition, AP English Literature & Composition 2. Mathematics: Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Statistics 3. Science: AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics 4. Social Studies: AP U.S. History, AP Government, AP Human Geography
· Prepare and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons fully in English. · Plan AP exam preparation lessons, materials, and assessments. · Evaluate student performance (tests, assignments, projects) and provide constructive feedback. · Maintain accurate academic records and communicate effectively with students and parents. · Participate in school events, meetings, and academic administration.
Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant subject (Education or related field). · Minimum 2 year of teaching experience (experience teaching AP courses preferred). · Fluent or native-level English proficiency; must be able to teach entirely in English. · Strong classroom management and communication skills. · Must be a Korean national or hold a valid F-2, F-4, F-5, or F-6 visa.
· No criminal background record.
Preferred · Experience teaching and preparing students for AP examinations. · A valid teaching certification/license (e.g., from a U.S. state). · A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
