1. Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Teach adult students through TESOL program

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons

• Prepare teaching materials ahead of time

• Grade regular homework assignments

• Track and report students’ performance and give feedback

• Interview potential new students and advise the administration

• Attend meetings, workshops, and special events required by the institute.

3. Candidate Qualifications

All candidates must :

• Native English Speaker

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university 

• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA Certificate with more than 100 instructional hours (OFFLINE COURSE)

• Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship

• F-visa holders

• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check

• Must be physically and mentally healthy.

Preferred :

• Master Degree in TESOL, English, Education or Linguistics holder

• At least two years in class teaching experiences.

4. Working Condition

• Student Type: Adult seeking English teacher’s job

• Level : upper-intermediate ↑

• Curriculum : TESOL Course

• Teacher's training: Provided 

• Working Hours

- 40 hours : 30 teaching hours + 10 office work hours (5 days a week)

- Weekday : Tues ~ Thu 9:00~18:00 / Fri 13:00~22:00

- Weekend : Sat 9:00~18:00

** The time schedule can be changed.

5. Salary & Benefits

• Salary : 2,500,000 - 3,500,000 KRW  (Negotiable with Experience)

• Housing allowance: 500,000 KRW

• Severance: Paid upon the completion of one year contract (minimum 1-year contract)

• 4 National Insurances including health insurance, Pension and so on. 

• Vacation : First year you have 11 days for paid annual leaves and after 1 year you have 15 days (plus National Korean Holidays)
