Welcome to RISE Guri!
We believe that true learning begins with curiosity and joy. Our approach is grounded in thinking-centered education, where students are encouraged to reflect. Instead of simply giving the right answer, we guide our learners to discover their own path by asking questions, making connections, and building the confidence to express their thoughts. Our campus is directly managed by RISE headquarters, which manages school operations and provides administrative support to our team.

Our Curriculum and Programs
We believe learning should be hands-on and fun! We incorporate events like Movie Day, which allows students to watch and discuss films. Cooking classes encourage students to follow instructions, develop fine motor skills, and express their creativity. Themed events like Candyland Day—based on the classic board game—create exciting opportunities for students to collaborate and communicate in English through fun, interactive activities.
Our RISE K program nurtures language growth, critical thinking, and creativity by pairing academic lessons with fun, hands-on activities.

Work Environment & Teacher Expectations
We cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment for both seasoned educators and newcomers to develop their skills. Teachers are expected to be dynamic, passionate, and ready to engage young learners through fun, creative activities. New teachers receive a day of online training along with on-site campus training, covering teaching methodologies, classroom management, and cultural sensitivity.
Reasons to Work at RISE Guri

Key Considerations
- Our campus is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood, close to the Galmae Star Hills Apartment complex and several public schools.
- Teachers should have a genuine passion for working with young children and be prepared to simplify instructions, use visuals, or break down concepts to suit their learning needs.
Hiring Period and Procedure
Passionate about teaching? So are we. We hire most in March and September, but always welcome applications to grow our team.
The recruitment team at RISE HQ, led by David Moon, manages the entire hiring process. After an initial application review, candidates are invited for a recorded interview, which is shared with us to help assess teachers before finalizing a job offer.
