The accommodations are located in a safe and friendly neighborhood.
All studio apartments come equipped with the basic necessities such as: a fridge, AC unit, heater, stove top, washing machine, and a bed.

- Housing is well-connected to other parts of the city via publing transportation. Teachers can easily travel to nearby cities and attractions.

Location Description
Gwangju-si is a city located in the eastern part of Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. To distinguish it from Gwangju metropolitan city, Koreans often refer to it as Gyeonggi-Gwangju.
The location of Gwangju is advantageous, as it is in close proximity to large cities such as Seongnam, Seoul, and Hanam.
However, the city has not developed as much as other nearby cities due to various regulations in place to protect the environment around Paldang Dam.
Despite these regulations, the population of the city is gradually increasing through small amounts of frequent development.
