Hello, this is Wonderworkers in Dongtan 2 area, Hwaseong city, Gyeonggi-do.

We would like native English teachers to teach students to work on projects and give presentations.

But teaching itself will not be difficult.

 

Location Description

 

Dongtan is a township in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi, South Korea. Dongtan is the home of Dongtan Lake Park, many shops, and restaurants. Dongtan also has the Suseo high-speed railway (SRT) that goes from Suseo station to Jije station. The subway is 52.3 km (32.5 mi) long as the third longest in the world. It also has the longest tunnel for a subway that goes at a speed of 300 km/h (190 mph).

 

Dongtan Lake Park is a well-being space in the city center with wide lawns along the lake, a large picnic area, and a forest. There is a walking path along the container bridge, and you can comfortably enjoy the lake view from various specialized benches. In particular, the splendid large fountain performance Luna Show is considered the main attraction of Dongtan Lake Park.

1. Role and Responsibilities As an English subject teacher, you will help the students prepare for exams and create a comforting learning environment. You will be responsible for the following: • Teach basic to advanced English reading, writing, speaking, and listening • Actively engage students in the learning process by leading project-based classes. • Help students to give presentation in front of class. • Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect an understanding of the learning styles and needs of students. • Recognize the needs of individual students and the entire group. • Offer support and flexibility as needed. • Utilize technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process. • Participate in professional development activities that are aligned with the assigned curriculum and the varied needs of students • Grade homework and give feedback 2. Candidate Qualifications All candidates must; • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • F-visa holders • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check • Must be physically and mentally healthy. 3. Working Conditions • Student Type: Elementary and Middle • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 1:30 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. • Teaching Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:30 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. • Prep Time: 1:30 P.M. - 2:25 P.M. • Class Time: 60, 90 & 120 minutes depending on the nature of classes • Class Size: 10 students per class • Teacher Training: Provided
