Position Options Full-Time (4-Day Workweek Available) Workdays: Choose any 4 weekdays Split schedule Hours: Morning: 07:00–11:00 & Evening: 16:30–21:30 1 Saturday per month required: 09:00–17:00 * Work Schedule Options Monday–Thursday (Workdays), with Friday–Sunday (Off days) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Workdays), with Wednesday–Sunday (Off days) Tuesday-Friday(Workdays) with Saturday-Monday(Off days) 2. Salary Structure We offer a basic salary + performance incentive system based on student attendance. Total Compensation: Starting from 2,600,000 KRW ~ Basic Salary: 2,200,000 ~ 2,400,000 KRW Incentives: Based on class attendance Ex: 8 classes/day, all students attend = 100% / 6 students attend = 75% Average attendance rate: 75%–90% Typical monthly incentive earnings: 350,000 – 650,000 KRW 1 Saturday Bonus: 150,000 KRW (for full-time) National health insurance, pension & paid training 3. Housing Support Key Money (Deposit): Up to 10,000,000 KRW Monthly Rent Allowance: Up to 500,000 KRW 4. Vacation 11 paid vacation days per year National holidays off as per Korean labor law 5.
