FOUNDATION

Welcome to The Collegiate Academy 국제학교 (TCA), founded by Kathy Song and Jonathan Tommy in 2018.

After more than a decade and a half of working in international education... they wanted to serve students in South Korea with a more practical, purpose-driven, classical education.

Our school was born out of frustration with the outdated, superficial, ineffective (and overpriced) schooling in South Korea. Since then, TCA has been serving students from the community in Gyeonggi-do and Seoul.

MISSION

Everything in our society is fast-changing. So are the scales and models of education. Our mission is to give students all the essential skills they need to thrive and become successful leaders in this volatile 21st century... When students graduate from TCA, they're ready for success in the international academic/professional community.

We intentionally function as a small, elite, private secondary school (aka “microschool”). TCA serves students who’ve lived abroad and students who have not… all who wish to study at tertiary schools overseas as international students. From A to Z, we support families and ensure our students excel at the best colleges and universities in the USA, UK, China, and Australia.
