Welcome to Saint Mary's Junior Yongsan
Our greatest strength is our dedication to creating a nurturing, supportive environment for all children. We don’t encourage competition or reward the "best student" or "most points earned." Instead, we emphasize kindness, cooperation, and emotional growth, believing that a positive, respectful atmosphere is essential for developing both character and intellect.
We are proud of the culture we’ve cultivated, where everyone, from the students to the teachers, treats each other with respect and care. Our philosophy is simple: when our teachers are happy, our students are happy. That’s why we focus on making sure our staff feel supported and fulfilled in their roles.
This philosophy has led to tremendous success, including our students’ impressive performance at the 2024 National English Speaking Competition. We’re looking forward to how our new teachers will help us continue creating an environment where learning is exciting, engaging, and full of joy. Through hands-on experiences and interactive lessons, we aim to make each child’s learning journey an adventure.
