At SWAT English Academy, we focus on developing a strong balance between English input and output, with particular emphasis on speaking and writing. Founded by educators with 40+ years of combined experience in Daechi's competitive education district, SWAT has developed its own curriculum and teaching system to help students build the skills, strategies, and confidence they need to become stronger English learners and more effective test-takers.

For our 2027 school year, SWAT English Academy is looking to build a team of experienced, dedicated educators who genuinely care about their students and take pride in being teachers. We are looking for teachers who see teaching as more than simply completing their assigned classes. We want educators who take ownership of their students' growth, pay attention to individual needs, help students develop strong study habits, and care about whether their students are actually improving. Our ideal teachers are energetic, prepared, professional, and proactive. They build positive relationships with students while maintaining high expectations, take responsibility for the quality of their classes, and are willing to continually improve as educators. We are not looking to fill positions simply to complete a schedule. We are looking for the right teachers to become an important part of our 2027 team. For exceptional candidates, compensation is negotiable based on experience, qualifications, teaching ability, and overall fit.

What We Value in Teachers

Provide instruction tailored to each student's English ability, learning level, and needs.

Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback to help students improve their English and academic performance.

Conduct engaging and effective classes that encourage students to participate, think, and take an active role in their learning.

Help students develop strong study habits, responsibility, and independent learning skills—not simply better English.

Pay attention to individual students, identify areas where they are struggling, and adjust teaching approaches when necessary.

Build positive relationships with students while maintaining clear expectations, accountability, and classroom standards.

Take ownership of the quality of your classes and your students' growth, rather than simply completing assigned teaching hours.

Continue developing as an educator and contribute to the academy through teamwork, professionalism, and a willingness to improve.
