Rira Institute is an English education institute specializing in immersive language learning for kindergarten and elementary-aged students. Since its establishment in 2020, Rira has focused on developing students’ natural speaking ability through a structured curriculum based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). We believe that children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and encouraged. Rira provides not only immersive classrooms but also indoor activity rooms, outdoor spaces, and access to nature, allowing for a wide range of experiential learning. This environment also supports teachers in creating engaging and creative lessons. 1. Role and Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following: • Teach kindergarten and elementary classes. Kindergarten (Age 5-7) – Two classes per age group, totaling 6–7 classes – Theme-based curriculum focusing on phonics, creative expression, and presentation activities – Specialist-led classes: Violin, Music, Ballet, Physical Education, and more Elementary (Gr. 1-6) – Leveled instruction in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and project-based learning – Emphasis on practical communication, vocabulary expansion, and presentation skills • Follow a textbook and syllabus for easy lesson prep • Add your own activities to help students learn better • Meet learning goals and track student improvement • Attend meetings, workshops, and special events required by the institute • Actively engage students in the learning process • Recognize the needs of individual students and the entire group 2. Candidate Qualifications • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • F-visa holders • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check • Must be physically and mentally healthy 3. Working Conditions • Student Type: Kindergarten & Elementary • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. or 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Kindergarten 9:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M. Elementary 3:30 - 5:00 P.M. • Break Time : 2:30 P.M. ~ 3:30 P.M. • Teaching Hours: 30 classes per week • Class Time: 40 minutes per class • Class Size: 10 students per class • Lunch: School provides lunch.
