Responsibilities include: Teaching 20 regular English classes per week (40 minutes per class) Teaching two after-school English classes per week (1 hour each), held during regular school hours (optional) Deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and well-structured lessons based on the existing curriculum Foster a positive, student-centered classroom environment Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and collaborating with Korean co-teachers as needed Participate in staff meetings, occasional school events, and professional development sessions Collaborate with the English department to update and improve curriculum materials and lesson plans Position Details: Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM No homeroom duties, kindergarten classes, or weekend work Class size: Approximately 15 students (Classes of 30 are divided by level to increase student-teacher ratio) All classrooms are equipped with large-screen TVs or projectors, internet, and whiteboards
