Each studio apartment is fully furnished with essential amenities including a refrigerator, air conditioning unit, heater, stove top, washing machine, and a comfortable bed.

Location Description

Gwangjin-gu is one of the 25 gu (districts) in Seoul, South Korea. It is located east of the city center, and borders the Han River to the south.

Gwangjin-gu has a population of approximately 380,000 people and covers an area of 17.06 square kilometers.

The district is a mix of residential and commercial areas, and is known for its shopping and entertainment areas, such as the Konkuk University area and the Ttukseom Resort.

Gwangjin-gu is also home to several notable landmarks, such as the Seoul Children's Grand Park, a large public park and zoo that covers an area of approximately 530,000 square meters. 

Gwangjin-gu is easily accessible from other parts of Seoul, with several subway lines serving the district. Overall, it is a bustling and diverse area of the city that offers a range of attractions and amenities for both residents and visitors.
