ESL Native Teachers at INGENIIIS in Gwanggyo, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do

1. Role and Responsibilities Ingeniiis is looking for qualified teachers who can effectively instruct English to kindergarten and elementary school students. As a teacher at Ingeniiis, you'll be teaching English to kindergarten students aged 6-7 and to elementary students aged 8-13. The instruction covers English pronunciation, storytelling, critical thinking, and creative writing. You'll help students develop a positive attitude and confidence in English reading, speaking, writing, and listening. Your responsibilities will include: Planning, preparing, and conducting lessons Preparing textbooks and educational materials in advance Regular homework checking Preparing and generating exam and assessment questions Tracking and reporting student performance and providing feedback Attending and contributing to regular staff meetings Ensuring students effectively learn according to internal educational curriculum Teaching kindergarten students using the North American textbook ‘Wonders’ 2. Qualifications Native English speakers Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution Citizenship and E-2 visa eligibility from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland F-visa holders from the above countries Certified educational degree and criminal background check Physically and mentally healthy Minimum of 2 years teaching experience Preferred majors: Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Adolescent Education, Educational Psychology, Sociology, or Linguistics (not mandatory) 3. Work Conditions Student Types: Kindergarten, Elementary Curriculum: Curriculum provided Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Lesson Duration: Kindergarten: 40 minutes Elementary: 1 hour 30 minutes Class Size: Up to 8 students per class Teacher Training: Provided Teaching Staff: 7 Native English-speaking teachers
