Role and Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following: • Deliver English instruction focused on phonics, pronunciation, and foundational reading and writing skills • Guide students through hands-on, experiential activities such as songs, movement, role play, and creative art • Follow Haemon English’s structured Montessori-inspired curriculum while adapting lessons to student needs • Design and incorporate supplementary activities that support individualized learning and engagement • Set learning objectives and observe, document, and track student progress • Foster an engaging, calm, and respectful classroom environment that encourages student independence • Attend required meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school events • Actively engage students while being attentive to both individual learning needs and group dynamics 2. Candidate Qualifications All candidates must; • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • F-visa holders • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check • Must be physically and mentally healthy. 3. Working Conditions • Student Type: Kindergarten & Elementary • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. • Teaching Style: Co-teaching with a bilingual teacher • Curriculum and lesson plan provided • Teacher training provided • Current Teaching Staff: 5 Native English Teachers
