ESL Teacher Wanted at Gyeojassi Christian School and G&Kids

1. Roles and Responsibilities Gyeojassi Christian School is an 'alternative school' that is looking for an ESL teacher that will teach Preschool and Kindergarten age students. You will be responsible for the following: • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons • Prepare teaching materials ahead of time • Grade regular homework assignments • Prepare and create tests and examinations • Track and report students’ performance date and give feedback • Attend and contribute to regular staff meetings 2. Candidate Qualifications • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Hold an F visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check • Must be physically and mentally healthy • Have a bright personality and a lot of energy • Teachers must be a practicing Christian as this school is a faith-based school. 3. Working Conditions • Teaching Ages: Pre-School & Kindergarten (Ages 4 - 7) • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. • Class Hours: 40 minutes per class • Lunch: Provided by school (However, the teacher needs to eat with the students 2 times a week for school provided lunches. If the teacher does not want to eat with the students, teacher have the option of leaving the facilities to eat lunch separately) • Needs to teach at 2 locations through the week: Location 1 - 201, Seongyo-ro, Dong-gu, Gwangju Location 2 - 18, Bongseon-ro 79beon-gil, Nam-gu, Gwangju
