We are a new school founded with the intent of creating a respectful and fun working environment for teachers and students alike. Founding members of this school joined together thanks to our similar educational philosophy. Our goal is to educate children to be independent and global thinkers rather than just teach English. We wish to combine Korean culture with a global mindset so that our students can find success later in life in an increasingly globalized Korea.

The curriculum was created by educators for educators with educational theory in mind. Rather than following the trend, we aim to put research into practice and teach with skills and best practices in mind.

We are a group of individuals who all highly value education and always try to put our best foot forward while working. Going above and beyond to help our students is something you will often see from all staff members as we all take pride in doing our best to improve and make this academy the best version of itself. In that way, this job is perfect for those who value education and all the aspects that it entails. So, if you genuinely enjoy educating children and helping them grow and develop, then this may just be the perfect place for you.
