About EDISEN Academy

EDISEN (Education is Environment) is a premium English academy focused on developing students who think critically, communicate effectively, and perform at a high academic level.

Founded in 2013, EDISEN has grown into a leading academy with over 40 faculty members and 900+ students across two campuses located in Daechi (near Hanti Station) and Bundang (near Sunae Station).

Our Students

EDISEN students are selected through a competitive admissions process, ensuring strong academic readiness and high English proficiency. As a result, classes are conducted at an advanced level, with students capable of engaging in discussion-based learning comparable to classrooms in English-speaking academic environments.

Our Program

At EDISEN, teaching goes beyond traditional ESL instruction.

Our curriculum is built around:

  • Discussion-based learning
  • Critical thinking and expression
  • Reading and writing development
  • Kagan Cooperative Learning strategies

All lessons are supported by a fully structured, in-house curriculum developed by the EDISEN R&D Team, allowing teachers to focus on high-quality instruction rather than material creation.

Work Environment

EDISEN provides a structured and professional teaching environment where expectations are clear and systems are well established.

Teachers work with academically motivated students, follow a consistent curriculum, and operate within a team-oriented culture that values responsibility, preparation, and communication.

Who Thrives at EDISEN

EDISEN is best suited for teachers who:

  • Are comfortable leading structured, high-level classrooms
  • Value consistency and professionalism
  • Are interested in long-term growth within the academy
  • Can take ownership of their role as a homeroom teacher

Why Join EDISEN

EDISEN offers a focused and efficient teaching environment designed for educators who want to work at a high level.

Our system supports teachers in delivering strong lessons, managing classrooms effectively, and working with students who are engaged and capable.
