Job Description

BIS Christian Education is seeking dedicated and passionate educators for Grades 1-12 in all subject areas for the 2026-2027 academic year starting August 2026.     

 

Ideal candidates believe teaching is a calling and are passionate about serving students and also focus on academic excellence. They will desire to integrate biblical worldview into instruction, mentor students spiritually and partner with families to nurture the whole child.

 

We are currently looking for a Secondary English/History teacehr to start from August, 2026.

 

Main Benefits include:

  • competitive salary (set scale based on years of experience and degrees)

  • eleven weeks vacation (throughout the year) + Korean national holidays

Basic Qualifications include:

  • eligible for an " status visa in Korea OR Korean national permitted as BIS does not issue E-type visas for foreigners F"

  • Bachelor of Education/valid teacher certification OR Master's degree in teachable subjects

  • previous experience teaching in a school setting preferred
