Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Vice Director to join our leadership team. This role works closely with our management team to support our learning programs, student experience, and overall center operations.
The Vice Director plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the center while contributing to long-term planning and development. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of center life, from program delivery and student support to events and parent communication.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership

Support program planning and implementation across all levels

Help maintain strong instructional practices through lesson plan review and instructor feedback

Conduct classroom observations and support ongoing instructor development
Instructor Support & Collaboration

Assist with instructor recruitment, onboarding, and support

Work closely with instructors to ensure a positive and productive teaching environment

Support day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and staff needs
Enrollment & Student Experience

Support enrollment processes including parent consultations and student placement

Help welcome and onboard new students and families

Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning culture
Student Support

Collaborate with the management team to address student academic and behavioral needs

Participate in parent meetings when needed

Help ensure systems are in place to support student well-being
Operations & Events

Support planning of the center calendar, events, and programs

Assist in coordinating special events and programs
-
Help manage schedules, timetables, and key center processes
Parent & Community Communication

Communicate with parents through meetings, events, and center updates
-
Support parent engagement opportunities such as information sessions and parent-instructor conferences
-
Help maintain clear and consistent communication across the center
General Leadership & Administration

Collaborate with the management team on center-wide planning and initiatives

Support policy implementation and center systems
-
Oversee relationships with selected program partnerships, external vendors, and service providers, serving as the main point of contact
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or higher in education, leadership, administration, or a related field
-
Significant experience in an educational or training environment
-
Demonstrated experience in teaching, program coordination, student support, operations, or organizational leadership
-
Bilingual fluency in English and Korean
-
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Proven ability to work effectively with instructors, parents, students, and management
-
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, make sound decisions, and follow through with professionalism and discretion

Capacity to support both day-to-day operations and longer-term program or organizational planning
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in education, leadership, or a related field

Direct experience in program coordination, student support, or operations management
-
Experience in a multilingual or multicultural environment
-
Experience with parent communication, enrollment, scheduling, events, or external partnerships
-
Experience managing teams, programs, or complex organizational systems
