[Position Details]

• Visa Requirement: F-Visa or Korean nationality

[Academic Qualification]

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education a related subject from an accredited institution of highereducation

[Fayston Preferences]

• Native or near-native fluency in English (must be able to professionally facilitate a class in English)
• Minimum 1 year of full-time teaching experience, preferably in a school setting
• Our institution operates its educational programs based on Christian values and principles. Therefore, we seek individuals who can appreciate this, respect our educational philosophy and direction, and work together in alignment with them.
• Teacher certification; Master’s degree or higher in Education or a subject-related field preferred
• Bilingual (English and Korean)

[Responsibilities]

• Teach assigned Elementary school subjects according with department and curriculum standards
• Design and implement engaging and rigorous lessons
• Evaluate and support student learning through formative and summative assessments
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to school programs and events
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all academic and administrative duties

• 동료 교사들과 협업하고 학교 행사 및 프로그램에 참여
• 학교 내 모든 업무에서 전문성, 성실성, 기밀 유지 준수
