1. Role and Responsibilities

You will serve as the Academic Director for the school. This role is ideal for experienced educators in Korea who are seeking to transition into a management or administrative leadership position.
 
You will be responsible for the following: 
 

• Develop and oversee educational programs and curriculum

• Collect and analyze data to evaluate and improve educational programs

• Provide training and mentoring on teaching methodologies for both native English-speaking and Korean teachers

• Coordinate and manage native English teachers’ schedules and workload distribution

• Arrange class coverage and recruit native English teachers as needed

• Conduct education-related consultations with students and parents

 
2. Candidate Qualifications
 
All candidates must:

• Must be a native English speaker with business-level Korean proficiency.

• Must have teaching experience in Korea. 
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 
• F-visa holders or Korean Citizens
• Provide an Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy.
