Full-Time Gyopo Instructor at P&E English (Chungdam-dong)

P&E English, established in 2007, is a premium English academy located in the heart of Chungdam-dong (near Line 7, Chungdam Station). We pride ourselves on our small class sizes (max. 6 students), which foster high-quality interaction and effective classroom management.

We are looking for a professional, passionate, and warm-hearted Gyopo (Korean-American/Canadian/etc.) instructor who enjoys working with elementary and middle school students.

*Working Conditions

• Start Date: ASAP
• Student Level: Elementary & Middle School
• Class Size: Max. 8 students per class
• Working Hours:
  • Mon / Fri: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Tue / Thu: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Wed: 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Sat: Occasional (Depends on the school schedule/situation)

* Key Responsibilities

• Instruction based on American textbooks, novels, and non-fiction literature.
• Providing detailed feedback and grading regular homework assignments.
• Managing student progress and communicating with the academic team.

 Qualifications

• Status: Korean National (Gyopo) 
• Education: B.A. degree required (English Literature or Education majors preferred).
• Documents: Must have all required documents ready (Apostilled FBI Background Check & Apostilled Diploma).
• Experience: Previous experience with American curriculum is highly preferred.
• Specialty: Ability to teach IB Writing or Literature is a significant plus (additional benefits applicable).

*Salary & Benefits

• Salary: (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
• Insurance: 4 National Insurances provided.
• Severance: One month’s salary provided upon completion of each one-year contract.
