Teachers wanted for positions in Hanoi & Saigon Vietnam.

EMG Education is a private company contracted with the Vietnamese government to increase English education in public schools from primary to high school. It is the largest education contractor in the country. EMG teaches supplementary English to expose students to subjects like math and science being taught in English. 

EMG is looking for teachers in English, Math, and Science. Currently we are looking to hire teachers in Saigon and Hanoi from grade 4 through high school.  Teachers will go to public schools around the city and teach for 90 mins for either Science / Math or English. EMG provides free taxis for teachers' transportation from the office to the class and back. Teachers are also free to use their own transportation. Teachers may also be in office doing 1-3 online classes a week. 

Hours: Classes can range from a start time of 7:15-8 AM and end the day around 2:30-4:00 PM plus travel time. The average teaching day is 4.5 hours.  There is no Saturday work except for twice a year for parent meetings.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 + years of teaching experience.

– Be a native-speaker level (C1-C2 EF Set certificate);

– Have Bachelor degrees or higher;

– Have an accredited TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certificate;

– Have a clear background check;

Salary: $2000-$2200 a month. 

Process: Please send your resume and your preference of Hanoi or Saigo. First there will be a video interview. If you choose to come and sing with EMG, you would need to fly here and get a 3 month visa. You can start work immediately while your paperwork is processed within the 3 months. Once the paperwork is processed you will  be given a work permit and temporary resident card.
