Position Options

 Full-Time (4-Day Workweek Available)

• Workdays: Choose any 4 weekdays Split schedule
• Hours: Morning: 07:00–11:00 & Evening: 16:30–21:30
• 1 Saturday per month required: 09:00–17:00

 Part-Time (Flexible Shifts)

• Morning Options: 4 hrs: 07:00–11:00 / 6 hrs: 07:00–13:00
• Evening Options: 4 hrs: 17:00–21:00 / 5 hrs: 16:30–21:30

 2. Salary Structure

We offer a basic salary + performance incentive system based on student attendance.

• Total Compensation: Starting from 2,600,000 KRW ~

(Applicable to full-time positions only. Part-time salary is negotiable.)

• Basic Salary: 2,200,000 ~ 2,400,000 KRW
• Incentives: Based on class attendance

Ex: 8 classes/day, all students attend = 100% / 6 students attend = 75%

• • Average attendance rate: 75%–90%
  • Typical monthly incentive earnings: 350,000 – 550,000 KRW
• Saturday Bonus: 150,000 KRW (for full-time, 40 weekday hrs)
• Welcome Bonus: 200,000 KRW (One-time bonus for full-time hires only)
• National health insurance, pension & paid training

 3. Housing Support

• Key Money (Deposit): Up to 10,000,000 KRW
• Monthly Rent Allowance: Up to 500,000 KRW

 4. Vacation

• 11 paid vacation days per year
• National holidays off as per Korean labor law

 6. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Apostilled diploma and national criminal background check
• Minimum 2-year teaching commitment
• Preference for E-2 visa holders currently residing in Korea
• Eligible nationalities: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland
• Must have prior experience living in Korea or a understanding of Korean culture
