Job Description
Dangjin Wonderland Language Academy is seeking a highly organized and qualified candidate to serve as an English teacher to kindergarten and elementary age students. You are expected to teach a variety of hands-on activities and daily topics in English including language, phonics and so on.
You will be responsible for the following:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons
• Prepare teaching materials ahead of time
• Grade regular homework assignments
• Prepare and create tests and examinations
• Track and report students’ performance date and give feedback
• Attend and contribute to regular staff meetings
Candidate Qualifications:
• Native English Speaker
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship
• F-visa holders
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy
Working Conditions
Working hours are described as the time you need to be present at the school. Teaching hours are the active amount of time you will be conducting classes or activities.
• Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
• Student Age: 5 year old - Grade 6
• Curriculum & Lesson Plan: Provided
• Teacher Training: Provided, up to 5 days
• Teachers: 3 Native English Teachers
Salary
2.3 million KRW (negotiable)
