Roles and Responsibilities

Embark Recruiting is currently seeking ESL teachers for positions in Daegu. Situated in southeastern Korea, Daegu stands as the nation's fourth largest metropolitan city, boasting a population exceeding 2.5 million residents. Renowned for its robust education sector, Daegu offers plenty of opportunities within its numerous schools and language centers, providing ample chances to find a position that perfectly matches your preferences. Daegu is well-connected via its prominent transportation hubs, including DongDaegu Station, the second busiest passenger railway station in Korea following Seoul Station. All trains passing through this station make mandatory stops, facilitating convenient access to various provinces across Korea, including Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. Furthermore, Daegu's comprehensive public transportation system, comprising both subway and train services, ensures ease of commute for residents and workers alike. • Conduct classes as scheduled
• Prepare materials for classes
• Student assessment and reporting
• Communicate and cooperate with classroom teacher, co-teacher, and administration
• Attend meetings, workshops, and special events required by the institute.

 

Candidate Qualifications:
All candidates must be;
• Holders of E-2 visa or Be citizens of the following countries:

U.S.A, Canada, U.K, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa and eligible for an E-2 visa.

• Holders of F visas or Korean citizenship
• Have all required documents for ESL teaching in Korea (apostilled nationwide criminal background check and an apostilled diploma from a 4-year accredited university.
• Have a clean self-medical health check.
